ON Hydro Whey: That's Good Stuff!

I had a coupon for $25 off at Vitamin Shoppe so I went and bought some Hydro Whey along with some other goodies. Anyway, this Hydro Whey is more expensive, but wow is it good.

Taste 10 out of 10 - After I mixed it with some milk, I thought I was drinking Nestles Quick. Nice smooth chocolaty flavor (flavor is Turbo Chocolate)

Mixability 10 out of 10 - two scoops mixed with some milk, everything dissolved with a few rotations of the spoon.

Value 8 out of 10 - You get what you pay for. Its high quality hydro whey, 40 servings for 59.99. On a positive note though each serving is 30g of protein unlike the normal 20g or 22g per scoop, so I might only use 1 scoop instead of 2 like a $30 container of whey.

Overall I like this whey a lot and will most likely use this as my daily whey replacement.
Platinum Hydrowhey - $49.99 : Optimum Nutrition, The Bigger Picture

whats the ON shit in the purple jug(pro-complex i think). I use it, tastes awesome, low sugar, low fat, low carb. My favorite lean protein out there. Expensive as piss though.

Whey Protein Hydrolysate is awesome stuff, but the $$ is not worth it for daily protein supplementation. Paying 7-10 bucks/lb for Whey Isolate is plenty and provides 27 or 28 grams depending on the specific isolation process and premium flavorings and other things.

Get high quality pure hydrolized whey isolate and you will pay 16-18 bucks/lb.

Paying more than 10 bucks a pound for whey is just wasting money.

Now if it has things like creatine and additional stuff formulated into it, then that's a different case.
