It's all relative. I'll bet he was on a lot by my standards. I've probably never done a gram per week of anabolics and I've never done more than 250mg/week of test. By my standards, I will bet that Serge took a lot of gear, close to or more than the amount Arnold or Louie were taking in '75.

yeah dude he might. I am telling him make sure he does 25 sets per body part. Thats what pros do I was just trying to help =D
