OMEGA "Black Swan" Principle 2: ABS, HOW to train them 75% of the time

New member
You dont Train them :) At least not 75% of the time.

The Way we train will do more for your abs then you can imagine.
And it is not till The last 12 weeks will you add them.
You will add them to leg day ( much like Leg extensions and Hamstring curls in our leg article.)

A precise Diet and Exercise choice will yield abs.

And the exercise choice is 3 to all be done AFTER your leg workout.

use this piece of equipment for the Oblique Crunches:

1)
Do OBLIQUE crunches FIRST
Key Tip: harness the crunch on top and feel your abs flex as a whole.

2)
Stiff Leg Deadlifts( low back)
Do NOT go all the way down to the floor .
You are only to do the TOP 3/4ths of the movement, with the primary goal being a good PEAK contraction of the glutes, Lower back and hamstrings.

3)
Floor Crunches 4 Sets of 20 nice and slow
Key Tip: Imagine each rep is like you flexing on stage.
Hands behind head

Thats it!
You have done more then you think you did:)

2 seconds Tempo applies:)

But these are Straight Sets so just do the specified number with no weight increase.

"doing them" is enough
