old timer could use some help..

Hello,

I have been "Away" for a while. Still been hitting the iron hard and just logged back on for the first time in quite a while. I have 48 PM right now from back in day w the info I need, but for some reason, this site will not let me access anything from years ago. I dont even know who is still around from back then. Any assistance anyone here can give me would be GREATLY appreciated. Until this thread gets deleted at least. Someone please send me a PM so I can bulk up even more this winter...thanks a lot.

A lot of the old info is outdated. In fact, a lot of it was flat out wrong all along., Check out some of the newer stickies. There's a lot of exciting developments for better, safer, longer lasting results from sensible cycling.
