Here's my routine that I'm looking to start after my week off next week.
Day 1
Bench-pyramiding
incline-pyramiding
skull crushers-3x8
Hack squats-warming up then one working set
Extensions -2x10
Calves-dc style
Day2 off
Day3
Deadlifts
rows
pullups
curls
Day 4 off
Day 5
Cleans
push press
*possibly shrugs as well
Squats- warm up then one working set
pull throughs or lying leg curls 2x10
Day 6&7 off
Reason why I'm doing low volume on the legs is because I'm hitting them twice weekly. Any recommendations or alterations welcome, as long as all these exercise are included.
