Overall, how would you rate the sides from Tren? Did they live up to the hype or were they not as serious as you expected?

the only side has been overheating in the early morning while sleeping and waking up de-hydrated and being thirsty all the time. also my appetite has been crippled.. usually after leaving the gym I am starving, now I dont feel like eating.

usually people get a lot of sides from AAS because they overdose and/or they already have high bp before running it. I did a lot of cardio before my cycle to make sure my heart was healthy

high bp can lead to a host of sides from insomnia to feeling like crap.

so steve running/any kind of cardio is good for healither blood pressure? i only 10min of fast walk (marching) as warm up besides stretching. should i include some prolonged cardio?

^^^ yes cardio and a healthy diet will solve your high blood pressure problems.

before you run any AAS, especially tren, your blood pressure should be in good shape otherwise you will have crippling side effects

I fully agree on this one. made sure myself to diet down for 16 weeks before starting Tren and till now no severe sides. Cardio is a bitch on tren but doing 1 hr cardio a day is reaping great results. (since im cutting)

pumps are starting to come on now in the 5th week. I did my pushing splits today.

I warmed up on the bench.. then did 225 X 10 as a semi-warm up.. then 245 X 6, then 275 X 4 for 3 sets. my pumps were insane, never had pumps from benching. I had to go and lay down in the gym cause of the pain.. then I continued the rest of my workout. could not go heavier though, the pumps totally crippled my strength.

sorry I haven't updated in a couple days but I am still humming along going to the gym just about ED. today I will not be going, I will be playing tennis instead.

I plan on getting pics up this weekend.. I still have about a month or so left before my cycle is over but I am gonna put up pics roughly halfway through. I have about a week left before my tren is gone then I will be running the cyp and mast until they are done. I think I will spend the tail end really focusing on cutting and really reducing my cals and carbs and seeing how vascular I can get.

I am up to 188 pounds (8 pound increase from where i started) and my bf% is up 1% to 15% (both could be off as scales and bf measurements are never 100% accurate, lets let pics decide.. stats dont mean s*ht to me. my strength is incredible, I've noticed that my legs are incredibly strong now.. my upper body I am dealing with pumps when I go heavy, so that is hurting my lifts but that is OKAY as my goals are not to impress people at the gym with my strength but my looks. I will admit it is fun to get next to these 6 foot 250 pound guys on another bench and outlift them.

yeah I'm not looking for that 18 year old beach body look... not that there is anything wrong with that, its just not my thing at my age.

i use AAS for mass and strength, i guess I'm old school..

deca made me eat for two, tren I swear I cannot finish meals for 1. lol.

pumps are getting ridiculous.. usually when i go heavy by the 4th set I am in pain. so if you are concerned about pumps then tren might be a poor choice.. did not get pumps on deca or primo at all.

I have 1 more injection of tren left before I go to mast/cyp the rest of the way. 4 more weeks approx of my cycle left and 2 more weeks of injections left.

pics should be up Monday Night.

Just pinned myself yesterday with my first ever prop/ tren ace cycle. Any idea about when I should probably start seeing the stength gains from the tren?I'm so stoked for this cycle and this log convinces me its going to be amazing!

do me a favor and check your liver values ASAP. you could have liver strain and that will kill your appetite everytime. otherwise it is very plausible you just are reacting poorly to it, not everyone reacts the same on AAS.

for example everyone says tren makes them feel like a tough guy 24/7 and causes insomnia etc. for me its CALMED me down bigtime. i am just as calm on this cycle as i was on my primo cycle (which i was really calm) except in the weight room I am like a beast with the strength.

i would definately look at shutting things down if you been on for 8 weeks.. don't forget the deca esthers stick around for 3-5 weeks. and recovery is gonna take a while.

last tren injection was today. so glad to be done with tren and give my receptors a chance to clear.

I re-started mast at 150mg EOD along with the cyp 250mg 2X per week. gonna start cutting from here on out.

i've reduced my cals bigtime.

pics will be taken tonite and posted 2moro!

How's the hair bro? I'm shedding in my third week and Im not really that prone to mpb. Or didn't think so

Might not run tren again if it continues. Only side that tren has given me that would put me off from it.
 
i haven't noticed any problem with my hair at all. I am in my early 30's

I am growing hair everywhere more.. i trimmed down my head and it grew back so fast.

if its costing you head hair i say screw it, the chicks dig guys with head hair so I wouldn't mess with it anymore.. to be quite honest the strength gains i've gotten from tren have been counterproductive in that my pumps cripple me after a few sets. and i think the rip gains i've gotten can be matched with a mast/primo stack.

but once i put up pics I will let you guys decide if its worth it or not. i will probably try tren again at some point but it isn't a miracle roid like the hype i've read online. your gains come faster than other AAS I will say that and I'm hornier on it then any other time in my life (since probably when I was 18 lol)...

yes the hardness is a perfect way to put what I've experienced..

perhaps the miracle stuff is cause people are running high dosages, and also people who cannot control their eating take it and then it suppresses their appetite and then they claim it dropped their bf% and its a miracle AAS when all along all they had to do was eat smaller portions

Hey steve,how many different injection sites do u use with the EOD shots?
 
tren doesnt start its magic till the 4th week that when the body recomp comes...tren is the ultimate cutter
 
i find trens working point to be 75mg ed minimum...100 is ideal but 75 is acceptable...eod injections at 75 or 100 just is not gonna give results like it should

i hear ya but ya gotta understand a lot of us prefer to run conservative cycles so that recovery isn't tough. I have no interest in going on TRT at 40 like so many because of steroid abuse.

i do not have plans to compete so no reason to run aggressive doses. if i recover fine this time around with no complications next time I will up the dosages a bit. i can probably get away with that because my sides weren't really an issue aside from the de-hydration.. I'm in no rush and not trying to impress anyone.. compared to 2 years ago my progress has been very satisfying.
 
I was all pumped up and veins popping out last night after a vicious workout and then my picture taker doesn't show up till like 10pm so i said screw it.. so this morning I took pics COLD :( .. they came out kinda crappy but i think the results can be seen anyway, I seem to be more massive in the arms, chest, shoulders compared to the before pics. my legs are built like tanks however I am gonna wait till the end of my cycle to take them cause I'm a hairy Leb mofo and they need to be shaved.

once the cycle is over in 4 weeks I am gonna have my friend who is a semi-pro photographer take final pics for me... the next 4 weeks will be cutting with masteron and cyp and fat burner

dropping my carbs bigtime from here on out. not concerned with strength.. i already have a plan with some guys at the gym to focus more on high rep volume training instead of heavy weights like i've been doing.

thanks, I have been obsessed with strength gains and have been force feeding myself on this cycle to the point where I've thrown up twice.. but now I am just gonna cut from here on out.. so we will see in 4 weeks where I am..

cutting my carbs in half and upping the protein the next 4 weeks.. and I have a fat burner I am taking

A tip for your cut bro, you just cant beat N2Slin and Forged Burner. For me at least this combo is unbelievabley powerful.
Like SL said I cant wait to see pics of you after your cut man.

I know a guy who responds off very low dosages. He can take tren at 50mg every 3-4 days and gain 15 lbs and look leaner. Others, like Hayez, need more. I will say though, that the miraculous effects of tren are much more noticeable at lower body fat percentages. You can't be at 20%++ bf and take tren for 6-8 weeks and expect to drop to 10%.

i used to be all cut up with the 6 pack for years as a runner.. i just got tired of that look.. i got no respect unless i was shirtless.. i like being bulky but I do want to lean up a bit without losing strength.. its fun to sit on the bench press and outlift these 6 foot 250 pound guys

thanks guys. yeah i messed up on the edit on one of them atleast i got my eyes out.. ... oh well a bunch of people on here know me in person so already know what i look like, no big deal.

lets see if i can hit 200 by next year.. only being 5 6 it wont be easy to hit it without putting on fat but that is gonna be my goal.. baby steps.

i seem to have an easy time building mass on cycle, then cutting off cycle. but when i cut i lose strength and some mass, so the challenge will be avoiding that

yes its a lot of injections and i got hit with tren cough once which i documented on this log, so it made me a little scared the rest of the time when i would inject it. you don't have to run tren so young, i can afford to since my natural test levels are not very high as it is and I am in my 30's.. but for you i think you can do a comparable cycle something like CK is running with primo/tbol/mast or something like that and reach your cutting goals. i would definately think it through.

if you do go with that tren cycle you don't even need anadrol... tren is so androgenic and so quick to act that you do not need any oral at all with it. thats where tren blows any AAS away that i've ever used.

the negatives with tren that i went through are the de-hydration, the crippling pumps (i am on the ground at the gym in pain sometimes after a set no joke) , the injection issues (tren cough, tren taste, painful injections), suppressed appetite. other guys have had way more negatives. we will see about recovery issues as well

interesting to hear this. im into my 4th week of tren (500mg per week now) and haven't got any of these sides yet apart from the sweat.

Yeah me either. I'm in my third week now. Only negative sides are the ridiculous sweating and suppressed appetite.

i was never a sweater to begin with. the sweating is slightly up but all AAS make me sweat more.. actually on my primo cycle i can remember sweating quickly. they do keep my gym cold.

the pumps didn't start coming on till week 5 and they have gotten worse and worse.
 
yesterday something interesting happened to me. after the gym and a brutal workout it took me about an hour before i ate anything. i was putting together brown rice, chicken and veggies. took the chicken a long time to cook.

well about 30 minutes after i started getting the shakes, never had that happen to me. it was weird. finally once i started eating they went away. i wonder if my glycogen/insulin levels were totally depleted and my body was reacting? it was weird.
 
agreed with everyone else.. no way would I think you're under 200 in those pictures. Course.. I'm 6'4" so I'm jealous of weighing much less and looking much bigger. lol :)

Great job so far, I've loved the log.

In regards to the shaking.. I'd definitely say that's a fair assessment.. hypoglycemia comes to mind.

its been a fun cycle I will say, but its taken a lot of commitment.. thankfully I haven't dealt with the insomnia issues, so its been successful.. that was my main concern going in.

U've been kicking ass as well. great transformation, probably the best one of all compared to the way you were before to now.

^^^yeah bro i'm not in a rush and nor should you be. I've been bodybuilding nonstop for like 2 1/2 years.. i know it takes time to achieve my goals.

I know dudes at my gym in their 40's and even 50's who look damn good so i've got years ahead of me.

I'm in my 2 week cyp esther mode. today I did legs. highlights were on my 5th set of deep squats I did 365 X 6, had a little crowd form around me watching.. next time gonna shoot for 8 plates with a spotter

my quads are freakin huge, when i get final pics up I will show them off to you guys.

also I started Power Chews this week from NTBM, this stuff is awesome. i think it gave me the extra boost on those squats cause I was really feeling good today. usually I do 3 sets of 315 X 6 but I felt like a beast today.
 
Good Job on the 365x6

Are you using a routine/plan for squats or do you just stick to the "normal" 315x6x3 and if you feel good you move up?

4 plates. When you say 8 plates, it makes it sound like you are going to try to squat 765.

Little Bump... JUST cuz I LOVED reading this.. I'm getting ready to start my first Prop/Tren/Mast blend (all short acting)... and I've been re-reading this one to get pumped! :D
