Tell him you fell accidentally into a syringe full of steroids that was lying in the street......

A story like that has gotta be true.

After four months, I would bet this thing is a cyst now. The main cause of cysts in anyone is ingrown hairs. That is a definitely a plausible explanation for this thing right now.

Look the other thing is that you don't have to tell them anything about how it got there. Say you thought it was a bruise and it would go away but didn't. It's their job to diagnose this and treat it.

It's different than if you go to the ER and they absolutely need to know what you took to treat you. But this, no matter what the cause, is probably treated the same way. Go and have the thing drained and get some antibiotics from the doc and plan your next cycle.

Docs see thee things all the time. Just tell him you are concerned about this painful bump on your ass. Even in the ER they are going to assume it is a follicle that got infected. Now if you look like a meth or heroin addict then we will assume where it came from, but if your huge and ripped and vascular with 22 inch arms then we assume it is a spider bite.

Botom line is here dont tell him just tell him you have this thing in your ass I mean on your ass and he will assume it is staph and give you something good to treat iy.
