Okay, One More. This Time it's for Abs.

Dat leek mij ook, totdat ik hem probeerde... vreselijke statische belasting van je buikspieren. Ik zal de plaatjes er even bij zetten.

LMAO

I have no foking idea what they are saying. Cool routine, i'll start doing it.

cool link but the pics dont work on my computer I can visualize the sitting position and where the arms are . I need pics to get the full grasp...

Yeah it took a second for me to visualize it, but this is how I would try and explain it to you.

So your sitting on the floor, knees to your chest, feet flat on the floor, hands on your knees (like being in the fetal position, balled up).....now lean back, stick your arms out parallel to the floor, then try raising them up perpendicular to the floor. Does this help any???

If it feels like someone's stepping on your stomach and you're going to fall backward, you got it right.

fucking rediculous.

i just tried it now before bed just to see if i could do it right, and i did one set and even half ass cheated a bit, (just trying to get a grasp for the motion)

and i stood up and my stomach is feeling tore up.

im excited to start doing it

I like to work abs like any other muscle. ED may be a bit more than you need, but go for it!

If you get really good at this, try it holding 10 lb dumbells and doing upward crunch pulses while the arms are raised. Pain beyond belief. But it'll save you a lot of time not doing sit-ups.

i feel it more in my upper abs area, is this also good for lower abs. i really wanna define those v on the lower abs area. (i dunno fi that made sence). just do this exercise, or is there something better for targeting that? thanx bro.

Because the linked post is almost 2 years old and they are not being hosted at the site anymore. Read Nelsons description of what you should do and I tried my best to put it into my own words. Might help you get an idea of what to do. Its not that hard to picture.

ok.. :)....so , how're the abs feeling? :D

Bullshit! It sounds like one of those fucking SAT questions about a train leaving Boston at 2:00 heading to Baltimore ... yada yada. Where the pictures!?!?

LOL, I never took the SATs.

Why are these better than regular situps (or in my preference, weighted declines)? Isn't a muscle contraction, a muscle contraction?

You can do all the ab exercises in the world,

and have great abs,

But if you don’t lose body fat, and drop it significantly,

You will never see a six pack

Cardio and diet are probably more important than ab exercises.

Exactly, fat loss AND genetics. A lot of pros with great abs never work them as they have achieved low enough bf and have thick ab muscles. I will give Nelson credit. I think his best attribute is coming up with or spreading the word about very creative routines that can hit muscles in a new way, something I find valuable to keep from getting stagnant and bored. Now as to his other attributes... I think the strongest workout can be taking what you like and leaving the rest with certain people.

All in good humor.

I tried them. Didn't take long for the "stepped on, falling back" feeling. They seem to concentrate on the abs real good. Adding them in to my ab workout.

"While in a seated position, bend your knees and bring the feet in so they are about 10-12 inches from your body. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Hunch your torso forward, tuck your chin into your chest, and hold your hands on the outsides of your knees.
Now lean back while maintaining a hunched position until your arms are completely extended (still holding on to the outsides of your knees). At this point, let go of your knees and extend the arms forward. Are you feeling the strain in your abs yet? If you are like most people, there will be a tendency to start falling backward. This is due to the fact that only the abs are involved in maintaining your balance and the usual "helpers" like the hip flexors are excluded from the equation. "

The feet remains flat on the floor on the entire movement?

I guess im not doing it right. I mean, I feel it in my abs but my neck hurts more and i have prety weak abs. do i need to be leaning back prety far to were im on my uper ass or should i be sitting on my lower ass whilst holding this position.

You know it works if your body starts shaking (twitching) because it is literally your stomach muscles, and thats it, that are being worked.

the link isnt working, is there any other pics or watever to explain this. some 1 tried but i havent a clue if im doing it right. doesnt seem right any way
