ok to use creatine while cutting?

I'm using creatine because I like the stamina it gives me.
Any reason not to use it while trying to cut my body fat from 15% to 10%?
 
The water from creatine will go away after you discontinue it's use. However, you have to be careful which brand you use. A lot of companies mix a ton of sugar or dextrose with the creatine for use in it's transport into the bloodstream. That will defeat your purpose when you are cutting

I don't think the stamina you are getting is from the creatine.

You can stay on the creatine if you don't mind keeping the water, since creatine works by water retention.

I don't want to push any brands, but I take supplements with caffeine when cutting(though it's been a long time), it seems to help with the water retention and energy to boot.

I'm sure there is way better supplements to take, I'm sure many peeps on here can put you in the right direction.
 
Personally i wouldn't. It makes me hold onto too much water weight. If you decide that you need it, go with a high grade powder (german SKG) or a liquid. American sports products use to make a great liquid. Good luck bro.

Nope, I'm all about cutting right now. I'm doing lots of cardio and getting ready to do a Winstrol cycle.
