OK...time for the beginning of the year stats thread

First, put your stats down as they are now. Then put the stats you want to be in 8 weeks(Spring Break). Then you can give yourself something to measure your progress with.

BW: 182lbs (Down from 195lbs broke my elbow sack)
BF%: 7%

8 weeks after desired:

BW: 186lbs
BF%: 4.5%

So, need to gain about 4.37lbs muscle and lose 4.37lbs fat in 8 weeks. Looks doable. :)

currently 230 -232 lbs @ about 12 % - i have no clue. 8 weeks i want to be about 240lbs with little or no fat gain. cool thread :) btw, 5'11''

5'10 - 202 pounds

4 weeks left into my cutting plan that started 6 weeks ago.

Currently on 75mg winny ed starting from 1/19 and lasting about 4 weeks.

Looking to get down to 195 or so then add some more quality muscle before going on another cutting plan to get me completely shredded.

Pretty lean at the moment and abs are visible even throughout the day after having several meals in me.

Strength is down some though but I look to get it back up once this cutting plan is over. Might even increase because of the addition of winny in the mix.

- 115's for 8 on incline dumbell presses just done yesterday.
- 4 plates a side on hammer strength decline bench for 8 as well.
- 315 parallel squat for 14
- 120's for one arm dumbell rows for 9
- 12 reps for wide grip chin-ups
- 405 deadlift for 6 last done
- 60's each hand for alternating dumbell curls done after training Back
- Dips with 75 pounds strapped on for 8 after first 2 chest exercises

Almost able to do a full split and straddle like I used to. Overall speed and accuracy and conditioning has definately improved.

Excellent strength stats. on above lifts.If you can increase them with winny and still keep your joints and tendons strong, you'll be rocking.

The combination of explosive power, speed and accuracy, and flexibility produces ultimate fighters!

I can do a front kick or roundhouse @7feet which is 1 foot over my head and I,m working on the splits every other day, still have a bit to go, but I know I'll reach my goal eventually.

Thx bro. I actually was much stronger this Summer believe it or not but I was on more shit(fina and test) and I was weighing about 220-225. I don't care though because right now I'm definately more conditioned and flexible and in much better overall shape while still being pretty strong.

currently 245lbs at 11% bf

by spring, hope to be 255-260lbs same bf before dieting for a bit
