Not to turn the thread or anything ... but ... I can honestly see where JA is coming from with not having time to train. I have recently been there before, where I am at work from 6 in the morning to 12 at night. Its not very fun, but it can definately happen. They you throw things into the mix like wife, kids etc ... and it can get to be damn near impossible. I started working out first thing in the AM this month to try to squeeze them in. i get about 5 hrs sleep max per night. JOY.

each time i spend at least 1 night abroad.
i leave the girlfriend behind and the gym...
but i still manage at least 5 workouts per week.
and on the days that i'm outta country and ABSOLUTELY cannot train, i bring my jumprope and do 10 sets of 100 jumps followed by 8 sets of ab crunches.. sometimes i even do calf raises on a ledge i find in the hotel..
NO EXCUSES PERIOD!!!
