Just coming off a lay off of 5 weeks, pulled my trap.

goin to start this one in about 1 month

Test (prop) 100 mg eod /weeks 1-8
Tren (acetate) 75mg eod/weeks 1-6
D-bol(thai pinks) 20mg ED weeks 1-6(any higher dosage and I get migraines)

looking to build mass..gonna eat 5000+ cals per day. lift 3-4 days per week. I do lotsa cardio (jiu jitsu)..so, gotta keep my cals high to put on mass.

suggestions??

What are you guys doin for this fall??
 
i would add test to it bro....jmo..i would drop the dbol..

1-6 tren ace
1-8 test prop
1-12 500mg test e or cyp
 
Test 400, Deca, T-Bol is the plan. It's been a while since I've used Deca so figured I'd give it another go. I'm gonna save the Tren for the summer :P

500 mg Test E 1-10
30 mg Dbol 1-4

I was wondering, is the Dbol really even necessary? I know it kickstarts the cycle but I don't want alot of water retention. Using AIFM Throughout and during PCT.

Anadrol 50-150mg day
Test E 750-1000mg wk
Tren ace 75 mg ED
 
not really a bulker at all, but here it is (the AAS part anyways).

STARTING 9/11:

1-8 Test P 100mg ED
4-8 Tren A 50mg ED
4-8 Winny 25mg ED (maybe 2xED am/pm)

2/2 Clen throughout
 
i will use NPP 200mg E3D and 20mg dianabol ED. 6 weeks on and 6-8 weeks off is the plan. Proteinintake at 430-450gram daily, with moderate carbs and fat.
 
same as cutter 250-500mg of test, just eating alot more..

you guys know the secret to gaining weight right? alot of the 300+lb strongmen and powerlifters do it.. eat 4 Three-Musketeer bars or something similair per day. you just added over 2000cals per day to your diet.... some of the big guys eat 6 of these a day to get in there cals and maintain weight... just thought ill throw that at you...

Just looking for clean bulk while not adding much size, more strength and LBM and loose BF%. 11% right now hopeing to drop below 10 with the tren.
