Haha nope 22. I guess I just look young. Thanks for all the kind words people. I am just going to stick to eating super clean. Right now I am still thinning out weekly while still increasing my lifts. Its a great place to be!

your getting defensive because there is truth to what I said......... I am a jerk for being honest. I aint mad at cha glennds, homosexuality is not a crime. I am still sticking to my skank remark.

that too! btw these arent meant to be gay remarks but more jealousy because i am a zillion years older than this guy and USED to have a beautiful thick head of curly hair. :(

Right now I want to lean out as much as I can while keeping my LBM. Then I want to slowly add weight very cleanly. Even though I am cutting right now I am still getting stronger on my cores which is great.

I then repeat Wednesday-Saturday. I have also started sprinting MWF first thing in the morning.

We just started Wednesday and this is what we did(we will increase to 4 Friday and 5 sometime after that):
0.5 mile jog warm-up
3 40's
3 60's
3 80's
3 110's
0.25 mile jog cool down

On TR I run a mile.

I eat very clean and carb up one meal a week. I feel like my abs will come out better when I come off the creatine monohydrate that I have been on for about two or three months now.l

Dude, no legs? I would figure that if you are a sprinter (or is it just recreational), you would do some leg work espeacially. If you want a strong core, do them squats, and then all your lifts will receive a boost. Btw, nice pic...i like that door you are standing next to, is it off-white?

I forgot to add that I do squats on wednesday and saturday....my bad haha! Those are my two busiest days.
