I didn't think these joint issues would come on at 29.....but my body is breaking down. I"ve only done AAS......and I think my muscles have gotten too strong for my joints/tendons......even lifting at 80% of my max is getting rough. And everything seems to be breaking down all at once. I mean, when the fuck did squating 3 plates become interesting?? It doesnt feel remotely heavy......yet shit is happening throughout my body that makes it seem like the force isn't being distributed properly...??? if that makes sense??
Feels like if I go higher something bad is going to happen........monday, 295 on the incline and it felt like it was all triceps despite my wide grip. I got through 2 reps, and again....it felt if I did one more rep it somethin bad was going down. WTF is happening to me? My diet hasn't changed, supplementation...nothing. Now is my diet perfect? No.......but those weights I described aren't near my max, so I"m not pushing it......I can only attribute this to the degeneration of my tendon/ligament strength.....because the muscle hasn't gone anywhere

Maybe you need to stretch more and add daily potassium and taurine to your diet...

if you do plan to use GH, try IGF-1 first - it's cheaper and you can do a short run to see if it's worth your money...I've healed many injuries within a week by using IGF-1.

I have tried IGF, I liked it.....but it didn't seem like it did a damn thing for my joints. Maybe over a longer period? I'm not looking for a quick fix....I know that HGH therapy would take years to bring my tendon and ligament growth up to par.

Yeah and maybe introduce some Glucosamine & Condroiton with MSM for quick help. Maybe even swithc your routine for 2-3 weeks to strengthen your ligaments and tendons a little more to "Catch up" with your muscles. High reps lower weights. just a thought

You need to run it for months for real results. My .02
Muscles and Joint issues will be helped over time. No quick fix. Stretching is also very important. Before and after you train. I also take a hot bath or shower right after and then stretch again. Go slow and feel it. Take 1500mg of MSM ed too. In time you will be back to almost normal. :-) None of us on here are really normal. Good luck.

been there, done all that.....as I said, I'm working at no higher than 80% of my max right now. Glucosamine/chondroitin......always. Have been taking that stuff for years. It's not that my joints are in that much pain when I'm not lifting, it's not 'arthritic". I just think they've hit their load limit........and I was always under the impression that it was the heavy weights that built tendons/ligaments the most.....due to the fact that more stress was being imparted on them. At light weights, all the force is being handled by the muscle and not spread out to the joints........am I wrong?

true, but only when you lift natty.. when you add gear to the mix your muscles will leave the ligs far behind no matter what your routine is
