Diet for the past few weeks while I have been on t200 has been weight gainner (n-large from pro lab) 4-8 scoops per day. Lean hambuger (around 2-4 patties per day) chicken breasts (2-4 per day) and tons of skim milk, eggs, bread, cheese, rice, pasta and son on. My diet is pretty good, to the point that I should be seeing gains. My training is each body part once per week, so regular training 5 times per week at about 1 hour each. Then and off day where I train all my lagging muscle groups extra hard for another day. So 6 days per week for about 1 hour or more each time. So, my training is dam good and not the reason why I'm not making gains.
To be honest, I have made maybe 2-4lbs at most off this shit. But, my friend picked this stuff up in TJ, then transported it home in another bottle. So, I can not say what the bottle looked like, I just hope he did not get a fake or fuck me over. It looks real, smeels real and hurts like test. My guess is because I have been taking some diet drugs (just to test the watter) that is why my gains are little. I have gotten ripped and kept my muscle mass, but no real huge gains like I wanted. Now I am sure, the cutting drugs I have been using have been stealing my gains away, but helping me to keep my muscle mass I already have. Thanks for the help guys, guess I need to stop trying to cut already and go to mass for another 2 months, then work at cutting. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SAY WHST DRUG I AM TAKING FOR CUTTING SO DON'T ASK....... PLEASE!
