I eat tons, and sleep about 6-9 hours per night. I am guessing I just need to wait some more until I see some gains. I will give it about 2 more weeks. This was going to be my bulking cycle before I cut up for contest this spring. Bulk up until the end of this month or end of Jan, then hit the cutting cycle and cardio from hell about 3 months out. 5-7% bodyfat would be ideal.
BTW this is my first contest and I am entering 2 of them about 3 weeks apart, so wish me luck. Mostly novice, but one is a state compititon, so I have my work cut out for me.
