Lower spine is nice and sore still...lol. I could not use much leg drive or double dip on the overheads...as it absolutely killed my lower spine.
The clean felt MUCH better and I think that I'll be setting a PR on these sometime in the next 2 months...need to beat 321.5 for a PR. I'd like to use a better log than mine...mine is TOUGH!!!! ugh...
