just coming off a terrible shoulder injury (16 weeks doing nothing more strenuous than walking up the stairs) which banged me up (couldnt sleep from pain, couldnt use left arm at all etc) and was doing my first workout tonight...
...and i am a LITTLE BITCH...I am crying just doing my warmup weights....everything is just so damn heavy....im only pumping out like 5 reps per set and failing...
