Lee, that honestly scared the shit out of me lol. It reminded me of when Jay Leno would do Beyondo on the Tonight Show (just his head floating). I would change it to a pic with your head included on the body :D
 
lol, i cant get a good shot by myself though, i have to make a video and cut a single frame out, its a pain in the ass
 
Do you have a webcam? If so, most models have a 5 second delay feature. If yours doesn't, then try my poor mans method.

Now this sounds nuts, but postition the arrow over the click to take pic part, then carefully put the mouse on the floor. Pose, and click the button with your foot. It's tricky, but I used to do this before I got a better cam. It was the only way I could take full body and back shots.

Well since you are a bobybuilder and he is a WSB lifter than you need to do something bodybuilding oriented. Anything bodybuilding oriented. you are a creative dude so it shouldn't be too hard. Just make sure that you are careful. It would kill me to see you hurt over somehting as silly as this. Be careful. But have fun :)

I have one almost exactly like yours, I just dont keep the outside parts that curl up towards your lip. Mine is the exact same color too.

lol, i have to have the goatee gman. im 17, and i look like im 21, the ladies love it, haha, actaully they dont, im still a virgin. but anyways, without the goatee i look like an overgrown 15 year old and i have a semi-chubby chin.
