Oh Boy I Think My Friend Is In Some Trouble......

so 3 months ago he thought his source beat him out of 1k clen, then yesterday he gets this business card in his mailbox with his girls name on it and it has a gold stamp on it that says FDA and special criminal investigations and he is a senior special agent. so he told his girl that this is def not good and she called to se what he wanted and he confronted her about the clen(that wasnt even shipped to there address) and she played dumb like she didnt know what he was talking about, then he goes on a starts rambling about how it is a steroid and people give it to horses(wich is a first for me) and a lot of people take it for fat burners, then he's like there isn't enough in this package to start a criminal investigation (1k clen not enough??) because it looks like for personal use.

now for the questions,

how come he never got a letter from customs?

how did he know where to find her when it was sent to a different addy?

is their current shipment going to be compromised(ad. st.)?

should he be worried about a raid?

should he be concerned what he does on the computer since this guy is federal and is prolly tracking the websites he visits and can see everything he is doing/writing?

the shippment was sent in her name, but it was his(not that the FDA knows it) they also live together. sorry i didn't clarify

I don't understand why the card pertained to his girlfriend. Either way I would just play stupid but make sure that you clean house. If he is concerned about privacy on his computer Pm me and I can tell you how to take care of that. If the agent said that there wasn't enough evidence for a criminal case then I would just make sure there wasn't anything in the house to get caught with and not have any more product shipped to any addresses it has been shipped to before.

(1) Customs doesn't always send out letters. Sometimes the feds step right in and do a controlled seizure.

(2) People are easy to track. Law enforcement has a ton of data on everyone.

(3) Considering what you said in your post, I would think the current shipment could easily be compromised.

(4) Based on what you have said (and what I understand) I would be worried about a raid. At the very least they have the sufficient level of probable cause to have a magistrate issue a search warrant.

(5) I would clean house, including whatever is on your computer.
