Ok here is a java based web chat that is connected to the IRC server so you guys won't have to install IRC.

http://www.undernet.org/webchat.php
Enter in your name and nick which can be the same.
For the channel, select another canal
for the server, select whatever is closest to you.
Once you join type /join #elitefitness

Ok, enter your nickname, change the server to one close to you, and on the channel drop down, select another canal.

When the java client finishes loading, type /join #Elitefitness

Doesn't matter, it'll only increase your lag time slightly

Do you have Java installed?

If you get a red x, you probably don't have java installed. I'm guessing you are using Internet Explorer. You can download and install Sun's Java.

Most of uis that are on there, already have a real IRC client. Its those that don't we were pointing to the Java client
