I'm pretty much a noob nowadays when it comes to being in shape. I'll do 30 minutes of cardio and some weak ass machine lifts, throw in some ab crunches and I'll be out of commish for 3 days afterwards.

i spit them either onto my room floor or just wipe them someplace and find them hard and dried a month later lool.

in between deadlift sets at the gym last week some hottie watched me bite my finger nail clean off and just spit it onto the floor next to me. i had alot of weight ont he bar at the time so bish didnt say nothign about it
