off season football cycle help

Just about ready to start a cycle, this will be my first cycle
Weight 195 6'

Test Cypionate 1-10 400mgs shooting every sunday left right delt
Anavar 6-12 30-40mgs
Nolvadex 12-16 40-40-20-20
Clomid 12-16 100-100-50-50

be doing cardio about 4 days a week and diet is in check

just wondering if i have the right idea with the var im trying to get stronger while not sacrifice any speed. I hear winny is rough on the joints so i dont want that going into a season. Should i run it at beggining or end while going into pct. I had dbol but i dont want the extra bloat that will probablky slow me down so im just going to save it for another time. APPRECIATE ALL THE INPUT I CAN GET,

been training for probably about 6 years, and my diets been good for about a year lots of lean meats chicken fish some red meat... carbs i stick to whole wheat bread fruits brown rice, intake probably abou 4k cals aday
training is mostly explosive and olympic lifts most power low reps higher sets
 
no uh testing isnt a very big issue and im pretty sure test stays in your system for 3 months right??

im more stuck on the anavar some people say have it at the beggining others say save it till the end.. does my cycle look like a good first one, for lean mass

it depends on the type of test. cyp has a half life of around 12-14 days but detection times are longer
IMO, I would run the var at the beginning to kickstart the cycle since the cyp wont kick in immediately. Also maybe add some HCG or other test booster to PCT.
