Off PHs, Now What?

After taking Diesel and Beast I have decided to be off pro hormones for at least a year. I don't want to become addicted to the stuff haha. I am looking to make more gains and need some recommendations on what to take to do so. Aside from consuming mass quantities of food, what supps will give me results? I know I shouldn't expect the 20+lbs and serious strength increases in a few weeks I got from PHs, but there has to be proven products that deliver.

What do you guys take after coming off PHs that still delivers great gains?

I was thinking keeping it simple with some whey, creatine, and maybe a pre workout supp, but will keep my options open :)

Get off the PHs and let your body recovery wait a few months and then start real roids. Test and Dbol.

As for supplements in the meantime at teh bare minimum get whey, and creatine. But i am also thinking that if you have used PHs for a while get a normal free test booster to help with recovery.

I'd recommend these supps for a solid maintanance of mass and strength before you get onto the real juice...

A PREWORKOUT DRINK: Superpump or Jack3d
INTRAWORKOUT DRINK: a bcaa drink like Extend or intrapro
POSTWORKOUT : whey protien and your creatine supp....
Also include a good multivitamin and maybe joint supplements...

Remember your gains will be absolute shit no matter what you do off cycle haha

your suggestions are good but i have to interject and say that the ph's are real steroids and many convert into real steroids. Just cause you dont stick a pin in your glute doesnt make it NOT a steroid :D

Yep they are real! but inferior... i consider them for homos that are too scared to inject or are worried about being caught with something illegal.

I'd put superdrol up against any oral steroid out there mg per mg and the SD will destroy it in terms of strength and mass.

For pre workout I use Pump3d by AGX

During workout I use the new SizeOn Max Performance. Berry taste like Hawaiian Punch. This is by far the best intra workout product on the market.

Post Workout I stick to chickenandricedrol lol

Look into gear and N2Slin by Need To Build Muscle Both of these are solid additions to any diet/program.

Train hard and try to consume seven meals per day with whole foods making up 60% of those meals. You will grow and get stronger.

Play it safe -- do a mild PCT, including UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE and HCGenerate and Forma.

Then, if you want to feel "on" do a stack of BIG BLAST, GEAR, UNLEASHED and BRIDGE.

The gains you make will also be a lot more "keepable."
