And how do u know i don't know my boy's age or BF? For all u know, we are brothers. Jeebus....tired of internet cops/ass kissers. Quit trying to impress moderators and come up with some thoughts of your own.

He is just trying to follow the rules my man. Lets all just settle down.

I just disagree with you on starting a cycle right away. If he has a lot of experience beforehand he still will need at least a couple months to get back into the swing of things so he isnt sore all cycle. It would help with gains a lot imo

I could care less about kissing anyone's ass. Just don't like it when people give bad advice and ignore how this forum works. It's not my fault you didn't read the rules :)

Well then how about a Mod telling you that you are out of line?

Laxfied, Holy shit those are some tig ole bitties in your avatar bro.

@op get back into the swing of things before cycling. even if it's just for 12 weeks or so. You will make some good gains and if you work hard and eat right possibly back to where you had been. You may not gain 35 lbs but the strength should come back pretty quick.

Have you put on a lot of fat? Hard to know exactly how significant 35 pounds is without knowing your current stats, but 35 lbs is a lot of muscle to lose no matter how big you are.

The basic info (age weight height etc) is crucial to giving any kind of advice, more so good advice.

So check it.

IE, guy was 5'10'' 260 10%, now he's 230 12%, its probably ok to get going again after some reconditioning. BUT if he was 200 and now 170, bad idea for at least a year. The basic info is always relevant.

That being said, you should never hop back on after a stint of no training. You MUST get your body used to lifting again. All muscles and tendons/joints have suffered from atrophy, and you will almost certainly hurt yourself lifting heavy. Secondly, that lost weight will be the easiest gained weight you will ever have. Why not take the easy gains back, then cycle? You will net 50lbs instead of 35. Sounds like a win to me.

IMO, when you are close to where you were (assuming it was adequate to begin cycling in the first place....stats again) , do something easy and short and push past your previous plateau. Then you can consider a bigger cycle when you are ready.

Yeah, well...it's funny how you just regurgitate what you've seen on here...stats...blah, blah. Let me guess, u recommend the exact same PCT as everybody else? Hmmm....i don't even need to read your old posts to know this. Dude, get your own thoughts, and theories, and quit trying to impress people by saying the same shit as everybody else. That'll do pig.

This makes sense. I'm all for good advice. Personally, I'd jump right in (considering training and diet were gtg) only because life's too short to fuck around. But i get your point. To each their own.

this was well said bro... some people just think when we ask for stats it's to fuck with you about your age... that is just a small fraction of what stats are all about... you just cannot give personalized information on the proper things to be doing without knowing these facts... you do not just do things "in general" when running a cycle... it has to be conducive to YOUR STATS... that's how you make progress and can get the proper advice needed...
