Firs time posting...would love some feedback

6'1", 225lb, 22 yrs old.

BF% in Sept was 16%, had it tested today..somehow it went up to 23%...not to sure about that...

You have thick arms. Something I don't have genetically.

Your back, specifically lats, needs a lot of work though.

Hard to judge chest because your pics don't show off your chest.

Your BF% looks about 16% still. Work on that diet a little. More complex carbs (while taking in less sugar/simple carbs), and a few minutes of cardio after you lift will help keep you leaner.

Oh, and 6 different bicep poses don't really show us much. Be creative:)

lol....yah i have to get someone to take some. This is what i got with Photobooth. Ive been trying a higher fat (40%)/high protein (40%) diet as of late with carbs at about 20%.

I hear your on the lats. I've been hammering away at lat pulldowns and Rows. I have stayed away from heavy lifting on deadlifts and bent over rows because of a herniated disc i had about 6 months ago. My chest also needs some work. I'll try to get some diff poses up.

Thanks for the feedback.

Try pullups/weighted pullups instead of lat pull downs for a few workouts. I alternate to keep things fresh.

What kinds of rows are you doing?

age has absolutely 0 to do with your BF % reading.

lol. i have no idea. But im sure youve seen those scales. Its funny, because the trainer put in my age wrong the first time. And when she changed it, my bf% had dropped by 1. Maybe that should have been the indicator that the thing was bogus. lol

Age really isn't a factor.

Though, when you do get older, your skin tends to get flabby regardless of what you do, so caliper readings will be a little higher than actual for a guy that is 50+ yrs old with low BF.

BF scales are almost all a crock of gabage.

What happened in your abs bro? I see like a hole in the mid section.

Some new pics...Added some diff angles, Lat Spread (Had the Bacne since a teeng.), Most muscular, and a shot of the Wheels...

its been tough to train Back and Legs with the disc I herniated about 5 months ago...my last Leg day I had to stop it after 3 sets of squats because my Back just didn't feel right

Much better pics!!!

You got something there bro. You just need to fine tune this and that. Get the BF down a little, and work on that back as much as you can.

Your legs look like mine. And, you and I both can't squat for crap with our existing back problems. Progress will come slow there, but stay at it as much as you can.
