let me ask you this and answer honestly. If I pulled up opposing statistics from a conservative group about this topic, would you find them biased? I think the lambda legal group is awefully biased IMO.

I figured you'd say that. If you find a conservative survey of gay children in this respect, I will take your objection seriously. Somehow, I doubt they'd be willing. Even if you reduce it by 2/3rds to account for Lambda's agenda (whatever that is), you're still left with a disporportionate rate.

Perhaps you'd care in any case to speculate about Lambda's sinister agenda? To promote homosexuality? Why in the world would they fabricate such a statistic?

The high dropout rate among gay kids, like the high suicide rate, is such a known fact among people in school counseling that I'm amazed you question it. Why do you find it so hard to believe? This is not a new school. It's been around dealing with this problem for 20 years. You think we just made it up last week?

I will garn-goddamn-tee you that you will not find any such statistics on a conservative site.

I have seen similar statistics from many other places, including human sexuality classes at school.

The statistics are not so hard to believe if you think about it. Very few people here would openly criticize blacks. A decent number will openly bash Jews, but the majority does not like homosexuals.

I'm not saying anything. But generally when p0ink puts out info from conservative groups, I'll ask the same question. actually with p0ink I don't really ask any questions, I usually write off anything from conservative groups or think tanks. So I figured I'd do the same with your "group".

But let me ask you this. What IS the agenda of the Lamda group? Certainly they must have some agenda or purpose, otherwise they wouldn't be in existance? Right?

I was married for about 7 y ears. I have no children. It was an issue that precipitated divorce. She, a latino woman, madly knitted booties and picked out baby names while I, having married at 20, felt it was insane to have kids so young.

After marriage to me, my wife married a judge and became a brood sow. After a few years, her husband took a mistress and my ex took a lover. They divorced and each married their lover a few years ago.

The latest husband is "intimidated" by me and so I do not see much of my ex nowadays. However, to thicken this soap opera plot, her daughter turned out, weirdly, to be dating the son of my highschool girlfriend who remains a friend. (My hs girlfriend never met my exwife, so this is an incredibly odd coincidence.) So I see the daughter. ONe of that clan still cooks me pigs feet and yuca every now and then.
