i have been researching all day on supps...mainly creatine..Kre Alyk and HMB..I'm ready to throw all my supps away..I currently take Kre Alyk,Beta Alanine,L Arginine on top of protein and occationally I use creatine Mono with the Kre Alyk..I feel the creatine itself does a good job..not sure about the Kre..have taken it differnt ways..was looking at local supp store and it suggests 4 pills 30 minutes before wookout and 2 after..havent taken that much at one time..usually take 2 in am and 2 pre workout or 2 pre workout and 2 post..was looking at a supp that combines 5g of creatine mono,Beta Alanine and HMB together in one capsule...just tired of taking all this stuff all the time...guess I need to look at what I really want from my supps.
