So far my research says 10 to 30 mg is the normal dosage. I'm not sure what part of the day I'm supposed to take this and also is it true that it gives you some energy issues
You can use nutrobal mk677 by itself but you have to do it at night and control your hunger, it does make you sleepy so always do it closer to bed time
