Chunk the scale...
I'm feeling atop the world this minute (carb up.. LOL) full, lean and overall energetic.
Thing is, I expected to be at least 5-7 lbs lighter 4 weeks out.. and Go figure, the scale barley moves... yet I am leaner, more vascular and harder. If I were to go by numbers alone I'd be one big mess I tell ya!
I use the scale daily still .. I hold water and my weight will go from 134-139 on a daily basis.. so just getting a feel for my body. But overall I go by the mirror and physical measurments.
I am not even 5 lbs lighter than my January weight and I'm a hell'va lot leaner and harder.. SWEET!
