I have 2 children at home. they are 6 and 3. It has not, will not, and will never be EF's responsibility to moniter what my children can see on my computer screen as they walk through the room. it is MY responsibility. and i make sure they don't see things they shouldn't.
it is not EF's responsibility to moniter what is on your computer screen at work. it is YOUR responsibility. if you're not supposed to be surfing the net at work and you happen to get caught because your boss walks by and sees a picture of a naked woman in an avatar and that's what starts the ball rolling, who's fault is it? it's most certainly not EF's fault for what someone was doing on a computer at work on company time.
if EF wants to control what avatar (and other) images are seen on this site, then admin has every right to. If admin says no nude images in avatars, so be it. if they allow nude images in avatars, so be it. but it is YOUR responsibility when it comes to what YOU are doing at home or at work.
The Shadow had a good point when he started this thread. but the "my kids can see it" or the "i don't want my boss to see it" arguements that have been brought up are not EF's responsibility people. take responsibility for your own actions.
