I've done everything from send my IP address to two different mods to changing browsers to changing computers and I still can't get on. I'm a big fan of the products and have been using them since Nate started the company but this is ridiculous. They seriously need to hire some IT people that know what they're doing.

Yeah - same problem here. Also regular buyer of product and need PCT and On Cycle urgently. Messing up my years plans!!

Have been in contact with Hurricane and he is trying to help out. Maybe pm him too - he is very obliging.

Don't think so - maybe my ISP cos struggling on all my devices- iPhone,iMac and iPad. Same ISP for all. Might try from my wife's phone

the site was hacked by some spammers so some of your IP's don't work. as BRR said just PM him please and he will get it sorted out.

Still blocked by the website. My IP address changes constantly so cannot access even if I send my IP address to the admin. By the time they authorize it, it changes. Rather frustrating.

Ongoing access issues - cannot get any access to ntbm site. Really rather frustrating. Is there any prospect of the site becoming open access again? Any reason why certain domains can't access the site and others can? Anyone know why the access is so restricted?

there is link issues. for eg, when i click on n2gaurd banner it takes me to hcgenerate, hcgenerate take me to gear and bridge takes me to n2kts.
Just wanted to let ur guys know.
