NR on bench

Hi guys, today I set a (NR) on the bench, I did 190 1x10 2x8, considering Ive been working out only 8 weeks, I thought it was good, I quit for 2 years and im back at it again, im 22, 5'11, 175lbs, when I was 18, I was doing 260 3x8, hopefully I can get close to that poundage again by fall, every week seems I can up the Lbs by 20, I’m guessing I will hit the wall soon, probably...
 
Do you mean pr or personal best. I am glad to hear that you are progressing at a good rate just make suire your form is down pat. You will in no time be passing your old record with ease, good luck
 
yeah I ment personal best, can't wait to get back up there, I need to work harder on my legs though, mostly the hams.

Also, does anyone know of a really good Bicep exercise for some peak in the middle of the belly. I seem to have allot of meat on the sides, but I want some height in the middle
