Hi guys, today I set a (NR) on the bench, I did 190 1x10 2x8, considering Ive been working out only 8 weeks, I thought it was good, I quit for 2 years and im back at it again, im 22, 5'11, 175lbs, when I was 18, I was doing 260 3x8, hopefully I can get close to that poundage again by fall, every week seems I can up the Lbs by 20, I’m guessing I will hit the wall soon, probably...
