I knew Deca was, and I assumed NPP was a swell, but wanted to make sure before I mixed it with Cyp. I looked it up in Anabolics 2005, and didn't find the answer. With my luck I'd shoot and find out later I mixed an oil base with a water base.

I've never seen it suspended in anything other than oil,,,,
