I guess creatine is used primarily for wt gain and apump, but when was the scientific 10 year study completed. I know the NSCA does not recommend the product.
 
the NSCA and other personal training organizations dont reccomend many supplements, mostly for liability reasons. Why? Because people have blamed creatine for various maladies, usually due to coaching incompetence and overtraining, poor diet, inadequate water, etc (examples wrestlers deaths due to dehydration and hyperthermia- tried to blame creatine- when running in super suits, sauna and inadequate water intake and extreme calorie deprivation to "make weight" were in fact the cause- as found by the coroner.)

in numerous studies creatine has proven to be a performance enhancer. particulary exhaustion and 1rm studies.
 
Well.. so far so good.. I got my CEE, T-Rex, YES in on Friday.. been taking CEE 3caps/day also with 30mg/var.. i've used the T-rex before but never the YES so i'm excited about that.. I've always been a good creatine responder.. always gotten good pumps and unbelieveable energy and stamina.. I could do my normal workout and still keep going and.. I workout HARD.. a stack of CEE.. T-rex and YES pre-workout.. WHEW.. wish I hadn't pulled a tendon in my right arm and could do some upper body and some actual lifting.. but better off to let it heal than damage it any more.. anyway..

I usually take just plain ole micronized creatine.. or lately.. AST's Creatine HSC.. creatine with carbs (34g of glucose).. 1g taurine.. and other things to help absorption of creatine.. really a great product.. with regular creatine.. I take it 20g/day for 3 days.. and then 3 days off.. allowing the body to keep it's sensitivity to creatine while still keeping levels high.. this has worked BETTER than any creatine cycle I've done.. better than loading for 5-7 days and then staying with 5g per day.. I doubted this method at first but it is highly effective when using regular creatine supps.. can't say the same for CEE..

So far I would have to say I can tell the CEE is working.. the var is helping my recovery and strength gains but I can feel that creatine like endurance and stamina that I get so much when I take creatine.. and it's only been a few days.. so things are looking hopeful.. I'm on a cutter right now so not expecting any real gains.. just to keep some strength and size.. but great product AF.. !

Hey ulter.. if you could find some medical proof of this.. or anything tested really.. this could be HUGE.. I agree.. and there seems hope that when taken with other things it could enhance absorption of those things as well.. but I would like to see some sort of clinical proof.. and so would other people.. this could be an alternate selling point for the product... I mean not ONLY is it a superior creatine product.. when taken with your day to day supplements it will enhance absorption of those as WELL!.. i mean.. sounds too good to be true.. ha ha.. Because you said this.. and I think it has some merit.. I've been taking some of my CEE with my regular supps in the morning.. my multivit.. EFA's.. Chromium.. Milk Thistle.. CLA.. Glucosamine/Chondroitin.. my typical morning cocktail.. to see if maybe it can help increase absorption of these products.. of course I'll never really ever be able to tell if it's working.. but it's worth a shot! :)

If someone could find some clincal research that shows that esterified substances enhance absorption of other substances taken with them.. it would be esentially the same thing we have going on here.. I doubt your gonna find a lot of studies on CEE yet.. it's too new.. but you could probably find the other one.. I'm sure whoever found such an article would deserve some massive K!.. :p
 
those estimates and theoretical uptake based on cell models. (claims made by others).

IMHO based both on use and theory, uptake is greater, bloating is non-existant, its generally more effective. And will likely provide very good results for those that get unwanted bloat with monohydrate and for monohydrate non-responders. It will generally be easier on kidneys as well.
