I think I got my first creatine pump today. I did chest & delts and it felt like somebody took a blowtorch to my shoulders. I mean just hanging straight down I wanted somebody to just come and cut 'em off. I looked fuckin huge though. I started it Monday but today was the first day I really felt anything...then again I started IGF-1 Monday too, lol.

I just ordered some CEE... gonna try it with Var/dbol for around 8 weeks.. i usually do well with creatine.. and don't mind the little extra water weight.. so I'll have to see how this does.. post feedback after I've tried it a little bit..
