in ur opinion what dosages would you run on the clomid and dex

I would run the clomid 50mg ed for 4 weeks and also throw in some Sustain Alpha. Deca is a hard recovery and I never like to see people use just clomid. Adding the Sustain Alpha is going to make it a lot more easy.

Never taken Dbols before...What would you recommend?

30-40 mg ed for 4 weeks (only cause it's your first time)

20 mgs is just TOO little IMO

Last cycle was 16 wks 600/600 test E ,EQ have done it once a year for a few years with standard hcg nolva clo pct after very mild and its my fav cycle a easy recover for me ,,,

Now running 1200mg test E for 12 weeks and standard pct , im 5 weeks in and feel like super man . my sides are very mild bacne , im not prone to gyno and take adex of any bloat and so far so good , going for about 10 lb up 8 so far ,its not a bulker as such my diet is very neat.

this is actually the largest one i have ever done..never thrown in 3 together just usually 2 and a oral..after my run with tren just thought it would make a good add to add stength and keep fat down even with excess calories...will see hwo it goes..almost a month in and no sides and bp was 111/66 last time i did it..gonna check cholesterol next week see how it is
