I'm a fraud. Tonight will be my first night back in the gym, in weeks. I feel so guilty. My job has been extremely taxing lately and I fell really, really far back into my old habbits. I wont be posting much anymore only because I really feel like a hypocrite posting on a fitness boad. I will try and check back as often as I can. You are all wonderful people and I have enjoyed talking to all of you! I wish you all only success and happiness in life. b

I'll be back once I establish good habbits again. They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habbit. So I may be back in 3 weeks. Just in time so that my username doesn't expire.

don't feel guilty about posting here. I stopped working out months ago and only hit the weights every now and then at my house.

I don't feel guilty about posting here what-so-ever. Be like me and just keep telling yourself that you'll start tommorow.

My buddy at work asks me everyday if I want to goto the gym and I tell him no. That I feel guilty about, since he is actually wanting me to go for my sake and not just for the company in the gym.
