sometimes I am not really sure where I am
and everyday voices speak to The Chosen One, and say, " Hey Yo, Chosen One, What the fuck you doing?" Anyways, I get bad ass ape shit fucking cramps, I have been assured that they are not from my period, but seriously bad ass muscle cramps post work out. I am talking fucking ball my shit up in a ball cramps, what the fuck am I missing here. Is it a lack of something diet wise? Is there some shit I can take? Figured some of you douche bags have had this happen before and can help. Streching very good after seems to help but does not completely eliminate the cramps. So whasup. Help yo brah out.
