sometimes I am not really sure where I am  and everyday voices speak to The Chosen One, and say, " Hey Yo, Chosen One, What the fuck you doing?" Anyways, I get bad ass ape shit fucking cramps, I have been assured that they are not from my period, but seriously bad ass muscle cramps post work out. I am talking fucking ball my shit up in a ball cramps, what the fuck am I missing here. Is it a lack of something diet wise? Is there some shit I can take? Figured some of you douche bags have had this happen before and can help. Streching very good after seems to help but does not completely eliminate the cramps. So whasup. Help yo brah out.

I drink constantly through out my workouts, generally gatorade PWO for the electros and carbs. Could hardly imagine that being it, but thanks for your help bro, I will try some Preworkout too, see if that helps.

gatorade doesn't hydrate you.. all that sugar actually DE-hydrates you.

drink water.. or there are real electrolytes you can buy from health food store called Emergen-C.

Getting enough electrolytes / fluids orb?

I drink water during the workouts bro, Gatorade post. I will check out those real electrolytes thou. Thanks.

poor circulation and/or de-hydration.

maybe this ^^^^

the stitch in the side variety like with running is generally a circulation issue that has more to do with your particular circulation and conditioning

I know some people hate stretching pre-workout because you can injure yourself if your muscles are too lax, but this would be an instance where some light stretching and a slow warm-up might help

or get some midol, your gyno is wrong

I now warm up for 30-40min doing 10min miles prior to the main part of my workout & it has virtually eradicated all cramping / "stitching" I get during my training (75%+ MHR running).

Calf cramps & side stitches were quite crippling to performance prior to undertaking a quality warm-up :( !

Short of running marathons or training in extreme climates most peoples' nutrition have the basics covered like sufficient electrolyte / hydration levels during training so I'm inclined to agree with you as well on the circulation front.

Yea Ima show you how poor my circulation ain't to specific parts of my body. But why would poor circulation cause me to cramp?

i like to take those big metal containers with me and fill it up with a spoonful of creatine and water. its about a half gallon worth and i take a drink after every set. works very well for me. with the record heat across the country this summer its crucial to stay hydrated.

when i used to run i would drink 16 oz's of EmergenC before my race, and i never had problems while others were throwing up from their sugar laden sports drink.

good luck
