will summer activities approaching (mutiple softball leagues) I want to fit my workouts into 3 days of lifting. Does anyone do that now and if so how do you break up the days. Currently I do:

Day1 Chest, abs, calves
Day2 shoulders, traps
Day3 Rest
Day4 Bi's, tri's abs
Day5 Rest
Day6 Back and legs
Day7 rest

My schedule will be like this:

Day1 Softball
Day2 Softball
Day3 Open
Day4 Softball
Day5 open
Day6 open
Day7 open

I'm trying to make my gym days on 3,5,and 6.
 
Hey GD! I am currently in a dbol/suspension/ enthate cycle and will be switching over in the end of april time frame to EQ and winny. I am no longer doing the show this year as my injuries this winter put me to far behind so I am going to cut up for summer shape but nothing suicidal. I started dieting harder last week and I am down to 265. I am hoping to be in the 240lb range by the end of May. I would like to keep a lot of strength and size..I have never been a high rep guy. I'm just looking for a way to work my body like I do now but with a 3 day cycle.
 
I once had a pro bb give me this routine it is a three day routine that uses the three compound movements. I grew on it here it is:

Day 1
chest front,side delts,tris
chest
bench 4x10
incline 4x10
incline flys 4x10
cable crossovers 4x10

front,side delts
millatary press 4x10
lateral raises 4x10
front raises4x10

tris
skull crushers 4x10
v bar pushdowns 4x10
dips 4x10

Day 2
Legs/ calfs

squats 6x10
leg press 5x10
hack squats 4x10
lunge walks 3x10
leg extentions 5x10
leg curls 5x10

calfs 6x15

Day3
back reardelts/traps bis
back
deadlifts 5x10
lat pulldowns 4x10
seated rows 4x10
bentover db rows 4x10
(optional) t bar rows 4x10
rear delts
seated bentover raises 4x10
pec dec reverse flys 4x10
standing upright rows 4x10
traps
4-12x10 hold at the top of each rep(amount of sets in dependent on how bad you want huge traps)

Thats pretty much it you can change everthing around except the compound movements and how many sets you do on each bodypart.
