i agree with the others that your diet isn't ideal for ketosis... especially a cyclical keto diet where your body is having to clear out large quantities of glycogen after every carb up. the main reason i've never tried cyclical keto diets is that it usually takes me 3-4 days to get into ketosis anyway. if you are like me, then you are BARELY getting into ketosis around thursday before carbing right back up again on the weekend. when doing a ckd like this, it because even more important to eliminate "hidden" or residual carbs.
another suggestion is that you may want to try using small doses of insulin on monday to help pull the weekend glucose. i experimented with this, using 2-3 units of insulin without taking in any carbs. i was able to drop into ketosis much faster. if you're not experienced with insulin, this might not be the best idea. maybe try ala.
