Not having kids

Im not. Well i cant actually. Fucked up my system when i was in my teens by going 3 years straight on T an ana. Never cycled off once.
But i met a great woman with an awesome daughter that i love an care for like she was my own. Funny cause shes identical too me an the way i am.

Hell no, my gf has kids that the gov supports...I am not screwing up my life any further...kids are devil spawn

I can name something else that is highly overrated....
I'm pretty certain I'm not going to have kids for many reasons:
- Dont want anything growing inside me, changing my body and sucking my calcium
- Dont want to wake up every 2 hours to cries and screams... or any 4 hours or 6 hours, just no crying around the house all together
- Doesnt interest me to be completely responsible for another being's life, what they eat, how they act giving enough attention, teaching them to potty, teaching them to read, ride a bike, do homework, dealing with heart brake, teaching right from wrong, etc
- Would probably want to stay home with the kid at some point hence hurting my career
- Travel destinations tend to change more when you have kids, a cruise to the Bahamas now turns into a Disney cruise
- Economic toll of having a child, I'm not sure if I can fully afford to have a kid right now
- Dont want to modify my house into a nursery/kids room, see toys around the house, baby proof everything,
- Am overall freaked about touching babies, as a kid was taught to stay away from them (dont hold the baby, be careful with the baby, dont touch the baby, you can get the baby sick, etc)
- Will have to keep the dogs outside since obviously a great dane's tail to the face can cause a kid a bit of damage.
There are many other reasons, in general the idea of having a baby just creates stress and not happiness for me, some selfish reasons are of course involved as well, I guess I was taught to stay away from babies and now I do
HOWEVER, if I did get knocked up I'm sure I would make a very good mom and my heart would just melt for my kids, probably a bit spoiling and overprotective but a good mom

I have two girls, and they are both the best thing that has ever happened to me other then my wife. I am absolutely crazy about them. I sure hope I don't have anymore though, as the baby can drive me nutz at times.

My daughter was born in January so shes 4 months now. Honestly this experience so far has made me such a better person it's unreal, I can understand people not wanting to have kids tho, some people just aren't meant to have kids and shouldnt. But for me I plan on having at least 1 more when the time is better.
WTF bro? I dont use double BC because I'm out having sex with multiple partners, I'm married and I barely have sex.... technically that's 3 forms of BC

i wrestle with the idea of having kids. My bro has 2 boys: 5 and 2 years old and i always think i'll be the one to take over at some point. He's not the best dad/family enviroment for my little nephews. and like others have said schedules change and everything else once you have them. i like doing what i want to do (selfish i know) but it is not about you anymore once you have kids. Something my brother has yet to figure out !!!!

EXACTLY, I know I'd put my kid first above all leaving aside somethings i would have liked to do because now it's about the whole family, so I rather just not to it that way.... cant miss what I've never had, yes I am married and thankfully my husband feels the same way, I made sure of it when we started dating, neither of us wanted to get married either, hence why we lived together 5 years, but do to legal reasons we had to do it.... nothing really changed though....
My husband and I have decided not to have kids for a few reasons:
-We both want to focus on our marriage, careers, and lifestyle (being able to go to gym, go out, visit friends, join social clubs). Having a baby would take up too much time.
-We already have a dog, which is a big enough responsibility right now.
-Both of us have to keep stresses under control as we are both recovering addicts and are both ADD and a bit volatile and easily frustrated.
-I don't think I could watch my body go through that too. I know it sounds bad, but it's true.
-His health is kind of an issue too, as he has had a heart transplant, and may not live as long as it might take to raise a child. I don't want to be a single mother.
-We both want to focus on our marriage, careers, and lifestyle (being able to go to gym, go out, visit friends, join social clubs). Having a baby would take up too much time.

But I know she's up to something. I just can't catch her.
Between me and two friends of mine, we scared away the middle school boys. In high school, they got brave again. The only father I know who has successfully fought-back boys in high school is my workout partner, who is a 6'5", 275 lbs (and yolked). He's a great guy, but I can see where he'd be very intimidating.
Thats a really good way to shut yourself down...i cant think of any other better ways lol....
