not having a set sleeping pattern sucks

I really hate it, some nights I am working till 5am in the morning, some mornings I have to be up at 7am for university, on top of that my gf and I traian seriously for a sport, so I just have to sleep whenever I get a little window of tme to do it.....hence I constantly feel tired and run down.
I would realy love to go to bed at 11pm everyday and wake at 7am, just so I knew where I was if anything.

You need to have a set schedule, or else your concentration for school, your training for your sport will suffer. You need to keep a regular schedule, your sleep restores you, heals you, your body's natural GH levels only raise during sleep. SLEEP is as important as TRAINING and NUTRITION.

yeah I know, thing is I only see my girlfriend about once a week at the moment, even though we live 3 miles apart, we are both so busy

I have just really started this sport, but the coach who is an international coach is wanting to groom me for the next olympics, I want to go for it full pelt, but it is hard sometimes.

Look at it like this......if you put all your effort and work in to this, it could pay off big for you in the Olympics.

This is will make the time you spend with your girlfriend all the more special, cherish the time you have with her.

You use high blood pressure medication to sleep? hmm...is it OTC? ECA gets me going better than t-rex. I've taken up to 9 t-rex a day and felt little stim effects...

nope, it's prescription.

ClonidineHCL has been shown in clinical studies to raise natural GH levels during sleep and you know the effects of increased GH levels. Clondine is cheap and works, you usually sleep for 6 hours and wake up refreshed like you've slept for 8.

Thermorexin works great for me, I can only handle 2 capsules at a time because my stomach gets queasy, but the fat burning effects are great.
