Not gaining while on cycle

Carbs were my next thing. I am going to start upping those some, I just don't want to over due it. I am going add flax oil in there once I get more. I took a break from it for a while cause the taste was getting to me so I changed to the pills, but I am going back on the oil. Also in my breakdown, I didn't add little stuff like olive oil, peanuts, vegies and almonds that I eat throughout the day. That's not alot more, but it all adds up. I also started to add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for my morning and night protein drink. That will be me a couple hundred more calories. The worst thing that I eat in my diet is I added sausage and bacon to my eggs in the morning just to get more cals and protein. I am carefull what I eat at night. Mainly I will eat a steak grilled and tuna. I am going to add in baked potatoes to that for the carbs.

I eat so much lately that I'm in the bathroom 6/7 times a day. And I think that I am getting more than enough protein due to that. ;) I figure that my lean body weight is roughly around 190 from the diet that I was on last year. At that weight last year, my gut was pretty much gone. It may be a little higher cause I am sure that I gained some muscle since then.

That breakdown for my cals should be pretty close. I added everything up using an excel spreadsheet calculation and calorieking.com.
