Anyone wanna tell me what foods that have a ton of calories or whatever that I need to gain weight?

Well first off, how much do you weigh, how tall are you and how old are you? What do you want to weigh? How long have you been lifting? What is your current workout routine? What do you typically eat in a day? How much do you usually sleep every night? Do you use supplements and if so, which ones.

We need a little more info before we can give you any specific advice.

The easiest way to add calories and protein is to drink a lot of milk.

Olive oil is a great suggestion...I try to get in a couple tablespoons a day...

I agree with mike about the milk. It's a tried and true way to put on solid weight. If you're really skinny ,then drink a gallon of whole milk a day. If you're just a little underweight then drink a gallon 2% milk a day. If you have average bodyfat or are already muscular and want to get even bigger, drink a gallon 1% milk a day. Simple, Easy, Effective.

Just kidding, eat steak and eggs, and yes olive oil is good, too, I have put on 3 lbs so far and I am not hardcoring it, I am 5'11 148 lbs now, but if I really try to gain weight I probably can really fast. It also has to do with your age...

Look for foods that are high in monounsatuirated fat or polyunsaturated fat as fat is about 9 calories and these fats have health benifits.

so all nuts would fit into this catagory.

sunflower kernels / oil
safflower oil

I will post my last blood test, But sunflower kernels helped my raise my hdl from 28 to 45!

cant drink milk

Have you tried milks without lactose? Lactaid and Dairy Ease are two examples. I cant drink regular milk either, but have no problem drinking a gallon of those. The only thing is, itll cost you 3$ for 1/2 a gallon, so you may only want to drink 1/2 gallon a day. The extra calories and protein should give you a good boost though. Helps me ALOT, as I avoid cooking whenever possible. Theres also Lactaid ULTRA pills available which I hear work, havent tried them yet. Three tablets in a gallon of milk is the amount I was told to use on the boards. Might try it. I get most of my protein and calories from peanut butter, string cheese (or other cheese), cold cuts, milk and anything else I dont have to cook. I usually only have one actual sit down type meal, sometimes 2-3 and a protein shake plus all the items I mentioned split throughout the day. My calories and carbs are lower then they once were though. I try to maintain 200 grams of protein a day. For you, Id reccomend 200-250 grams of protein a day, 500-800+ carbs and over 5000 calories if possible. That diet worked great for me when I was down to 151lbs. I wouldnt worry about clean sources either, just getting it in at the end of the day. Keeping a journal helps and motivates as well. I list all my meals and workouts. Dont go out of your way to eat pastries and refined sugars, they wont do anything positive for you and could add fat. Though I always eat whats available, I try not to fill up on that stuff though. Its all about your metabolism and how your body processes the foods you eat. Youll have to experiment to see what works best for you, but regardless you will need alot of food to make good gains. Try to get in the habit of eating something every 2 hours. Constantly seek out foods high in protein and calories. Some more high protein no-cook foods are beef jerky, nuts, Lactaid Cottage Cheese (high calories and protein), tuna, and lets not forget McDonald's cheeseburgers hahahaah. KILL THAT SHIT!!
