Anyone wanna tell me what foods that have a ton of calories or whatever that I need to gain weight?
 
Well first off, how much do you weigh, how tall are you and how old are you? What do you want to weigh? How long have you been lifting? What is your current workout routine? What do you typically eat in a day? How much do you usually sleep every night? Do you use supplements and if so, which ones.

We need a little more info before we can give you any specific advice.

Are you kidding me??............. Your new so Ill be nice. Before anyone can help you you need to post your stats hight, weight, training history, ext, then we can get an idea on how to help you.
