Not a Bodybuilder but please advise

Hows it going guys, im a new poster but have been reading the forums for a little while. I train and fight Muay Thai and am not looking to get big by any means but i want to really tighten up and gain explosive power from my tools. I do lots of push ups, medicine ball routines, sit ups, an plyometrics, along with very intense cardio. My question is, is there anything out there that will give me the edge im looking for without tons of weights? Please no flaming, just looking for something that would apply to my sport, thanks guys.
 
Winstrol or anavar will get you hard and increase your strength without the water weight. Do the research first before you start taking anything.

Yeah I agree. Either of those will work well. Don't forget to add a small amount of test to keep your libido normal. Around 200 mgs/wk of test will work. I would go with 50 mgs/day of winstrol or anavar depending on your experience, etc.
 
i wouldn't use winny because it can be hard on ur joints which is gonna hurt every time u snap a jab or a quick leg kick. Var might be a better choice for you.

I would run the oral around 8-10 weeks and the test the same length of time. YES! You need PCT! Never do a cycle without it.
 
Yes, you will most likely loss some strength after coming off. The same goes for all steroids. However, with the added muscle, you will be stronger then when you started.

check out the pct forum. My advice is to run the a good quality pct for EVERY cycle, regardles of what the cycle was.
 
EQ, low-moderate dose test, if you want to add an oral go with anavar.

at the very least a low dose AI, either aromasin or AIFM.

tren would increase power and CNS activation, but it can be hard on joints.
