Does anyone know if in the state of NC you can just walk into a pharmcey & buy 20-23 guage syringes without a script? In most states its seems as though it constitues as paraphinila.

look on ryvmed.com they ship 100's for like 15 bucks. but they say on their policy where or not they will ship to your state according to laws. i only know illinois and minnesota are states where u cannot. but arizona u can. so check it out

technically it's not against NC law. But, you won't have much success because they make it a "store policy" to not sell them unless you have a prescription on file with them that requires them.
