Hey fellas - gonna post this around a couple of forums and get as much feedback as possible before starting.
Stats:
Age - 31
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 170 lbs
BF% - 15 to 20
History - Training a year and change - have only had experience with a 6 week cycle of 1-ad.
Planned Cycle:
Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30mg ED
Weeks 1-12: Test-E 500mg/week - 250mg Monday a.m.; 250mg Thurday p.m
Week 15: 150 Clomid ED / 40mg Nolva ED
Week 16: 100 Clomid ED / 40mg Nolva ED
Week 17: 50 Clomid ED / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 18: 50 Clomid ED / 10mg Nolva ED
Diet:
6:45am - whole bagel toasted; 8oz o.j.
7:00am - 1.5 hr weights - no cardio
8:30am - 2 scoops of Muscle Milk w/12oz of 2% milk, 2 kiwi, 4 slices pineapple
11:30am - 1.25 cups pasta, 3oz meat/fish, 2 large boiled eggs
2:30pm - can of tuna w/ lettuce and dressing, 1 cup of rice
5:30pm - 6oz meat/fish, 3/4 cup pasta
8:30pm - 2 scoops Muscle Milk w/ 12oz of 2% milk
11:00pm - 6oz meat/fish, 1 med brocoli stalk, 1 apple
* Muscle Milk before bed.
Total Calories: 4325; Total Protein:319g; Total Carbs:322g; Total Fat: 108g
Workout:
Monday: Chest/Bi's
Tuesday: Shoulders/Traps/Forearms
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back/Tri's
Friday: Legs
Sat/Sun: Off
I just quit smoking; so I will wait for my blood pressure to normalize before jumping into this cycle - It's not high...but I don't want to take chances.
Questions:
1. I workout at 7am - when would be the best time to take my first dbol (10mg), and how would I best split the dosage throughout the day?
2. Should I throw some Arimidex into the mix - mayeb .25mg eod?
3. My wife will be sticking me; how far back does one pull on the plunger to aspirate and how long does a 1ml injection generally take to plunge in using a 25ga 1.5 inch pin (how fast should you plunge the oil in)?
Be gentle - this is my first go - read my ass off....now it's time to pin it with something yummy
