You don't sound like a nut case..... You sound like a concerned bro who's doing his 1st cycle..... Stick with the glutes, they are much bigger, and handle sorness much better then the quads..... Delts are another spot to consider, yeah a sore shoulder kinda sucks, but it's easier to deal with then a sore quad..... Also, you wont' be limping around if you have a sore shoulder.....
