You don't sound like a nut case..... You sound like a concerned bro who's doing his 1st cycle..... Stick with the glutes, they are much bigger, and handle sorness much better then the quads..... Delts are another spot to consider, yeah a sore shoulder kinda sucks, but it's easier to deal with then a sore quad..... Also, you wont' be limping around if you have a sore shoulder..... Good luck bro....

hit the glutes dude! lookup proper injection site.
if you put your thumb on the top of your pelvis bone and then reach back with your index and middle finger together (keeping the thumb stationary) where those two fingers end is the meaty part of your upper glute (sort of on the outer, upper edge above your hip) can't miss it. stick in there and you have the sweet spot. Don't worry about the nuts. Easy to fix withn PCT.
 
man were you guys right...hit the glute this morning...not a problem at all. MUCH better than the quad and almost no soreness. thanks to all that posted! i seriously would be in the dark if it wasn't for your help :cool:
